Judge Valderama, despite the noble title, is involved in illegal activities. But, he was untouchable because people were fearful of the consequences of implicating him with the numerous illegal activities. But Lt. Guererro, an upright police officer was courageous enough to arrest him and put him behind bars. Since no one wanted to testify against the judge, Valderama was able to escape incarceration and instead, vows to go after Guererro. But the police officer was able to get him first....
